Hi everyone,
I'm looking forward to learning from you about what works best in cultivation. I have years of meditation practice and have made real progress. I also teach various meditation practices at times. But now I am trying to learn about effective qi cultivation practices. I personally need more physical/energetic development and have tried a few qigong and breathing practices, but with very mediocre results. A big part of this is me needing more practice, but I would love to learn what others have found the most helpful.
