Yan Xin's "Eighty Characters: The Essentials of Qigong Training" is one of his writings available in English.
A version of this appears in "Yan Xin Qigong and the Contemporary Sciences".
The approach presented appears to be general--something that could perhaps be broadly applied to Qigong methods, not just the qigong methods taught by Yan Xin. The insights of a master might be instructive about what to pay attention to and what directions to take....
Has anyone undertaken a close study of "Eighty Characters" along with a Qigong practice?
If so, did you find this approach fruitful?
Thanks!
