Dear All, I'm new, in the past, I did Tai Chi Chuan (2 types), Chi Kung (1 before and with one I continue), the Inner Smile and the Healing Sounds, Hatha Yoga and used the Ji King intensely for 2 years. I'm interested in Tao Yin - if you know Tao Yin asanas/exercises that strengthen the inner thighs, could you, please, be so kind as to let me know which ones do so? (And how should I do mula bandha at the same time- when to do the lock, when to release ?) Alternatively, if you have a link to a video, page etc. with this info, that would be great, too!
