They will ship it to you unfrozen/fresh if you request it. I feel like liver should never be frozen, I think it degrades the quality of it. If you like chicken livers it's often fairly easy to get those from healthy pasture-raised chickens. The best place to find this sort of thing is locally. You can reach out to your local Weston Price chapter leader, or go on eatwild.com. Of course you can raise your own, but that takes time and enough land.
