hagar Posted June 7, 2009 Great stuff, thanks! Â There are a great number of taoist practices related to stars and utilizing the energy of stars. Most include vizualisation, as mentioned above. Â The most common include the North Star and the Big Dipper, but there are others who focus on the entire Milky Way. Â From my experience, working with star energy is working with a neutral, yet highly spiritual energy, and it is very purifying, especially emotionally. Their effect is very subtle but profound. One practice I have tried is stepping on stars, which is difficult to put into words, and should be taught by one who can give transmission. One other is to have a Master appoint a particular start to you, that you are connected with. One that I have tried over time is sitting and vizualising stars in the space between all your bones and joints in the skeleton and skull. I actually haven't figured out the effect just yet.
