Tabula Rasa Posted June 6, 2009 Good morning Whatever is eaten, eat it with relish... sweet or dill, no problem. When eating, just eat. Attention! Attention! Eat mindfully, fully experiencing the biting, chewing, tasting, swallowing. Choose to rest the mind in the gaps between thoughts. No thinking while eating. Eat! Live! DalTheJigsaw123 Posted June 8, 2009 Some great recipes, this thread would make a great book For breakfast I enjoy cooked oatmeal or spelt semolina with nuts and lots of spices like ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and cardamom. Add some ghee and a dash of honey doesn't hurt either. I agree! I should write it. As I am a writer:) hehe Good morning Whatever is eaten, eat it with relish... sweet or dill, no problem. When eating, just eat. Attention! Attention! Eat mindfully, fully experiencing the biting, chewing, tasting, swallowing. Choose to rest the mind in the gaps between thoughts. No thinking while eating. Eat! Live! Good point about being present with your food. I definitely wake up and just eat my food, no more tv, I tossed it out a long time ago. Reading a book is great sometimes, but most of the time just your mindfulness and your food is great.
