So lets just talk about it, of course only if you want, to be free and respect, it is like the door to Jing Qi and Shen Jing means essence of life or vitality! Qi means energy! Shen means spirit! magus Posted July 1, 2009 i had realize that deficiency in Jing makes much problem to your life! You seems to be surrounded by problems people all the time, and when the problems come you are wicked to fight if necessary both in body and mind! I don't know but it feels that is like when you are week in Jing you have almost not Yang strong force and only yin, that it feels attract more problems people, and bad thoughts to your soul, just my thought after some experiences by my self, any way this is a subject i must read more in books to know more so i can have definitely wrong here, but just my opinions, that is why this is a forum right ?
