Dan, you noted in an earlier post that you are doing the Deer exercise, and are ejaculating twice a day with no ill effects. That inspired me to start using the Deer exercise (I had an old copy of Stephen Chang's book lying around), but I'm curious, how old are you? Damn, I got to get back on that. I do is occasionaly. For me, being only 20 years old, I found that it gave me so much muther fucken chi/jing I couldnt handle it but now, perhaps with better mediations skills and Warrior Wellness, I can transmute more.
