Listen to your body!

 

Eat less and try to fast once a week or once a month even if only for a day.

 

Walking is the best exercise especially in parks and forests.

 

Try to learn a basic Tai Chi form even if you only practice on and off for the rest of your life.

 

Do not follow the stereotypes of male and female and find your own simple beauty and harmony.

 

You must learn to care for yourself before you can truly care for others.

 

When you stumble forgive yourself and simply return to the way.
