Patrick Brown Posted May 8, 2008 Listen to your body! Â Eat less and try to fast once a week or once a month even if only for a day. Â Walking is the best exercise especially in parks and forests. Â Try to learn a basic Tai Chi form even if you only practice on and off for the rest of your life. Â Do not follow the stereotypes of male and female and find your own simple beauty and harmony.
