Having met Ilia Belieav and read his book Tausha, he teaches an interesting and powerful means of busting out psychic attacks and lower astral gunk such as reptilians.  This is a slightly tweaked version for improved efficiency:   Optional mudras depending on situation: parasol mudra: left hand with pointer finger up and right hand placed horizontally on top with pointer finger between middle and ring of right hand:  http://www.khandro.net/practice_mudras.htm  You could also do vajra fist: thumb touching ring finger base and close fingers in fists....  http://blog.luke.org/blog/wp-content/uploa...itthaichart.jpg  Close your eyes, place your awareness in your heart chakra and in the center of the heart visualise the Em sanskrit letter with an anusara or a flame dot over it(the resonant nasal MMMMMMNNNNNMMMM sound: In the vowel section, or simply if its easier visualise the letter I with a bar over it ...as a white flame like letter with a spark of light above it for the anusara MMMMMNNNMMM that resonates the center of the cranium in the nasal cavity:.  Now tune to 396 hz to release fear:  the first tone that you hear on this video...match your voice to the tone until the two are one. Hold that note.  Then use the EEEEEEEE vowel, at that note resonate the Im letter keep the tone constant for about 10 s or longer as you see fit, then bend the pitch up higher and higher like you are going up in an elevator until you reach your highest register, as you are bending up in pitch, see the flame letter IM (in enlgish or sanskrit) emanating a brilliant white gold light, sending down a shaft of light to a point 3 feet below your feet, and a shaft of light through your heart in the core of your being three feet above your crown and as you sing higher and higher, the letter rises up through the central channel until it reaches the point 3 feet above your crown.....  as the flame letter enters this field of energy above the crown, sustain the pitch at your highest register with MMMMNNNNN resonating the nasal cavity, the letter explodes and pops open a white golden umbrella 360 degrees with the base of the arc at the level of your shoulders with the beam of light through the core of your being.....   Then start over again at the base frequency of 396 hz.....and EEEmmmmmnnnnnn resonate, continue 10-15 minutes.... will get rid of all kinds of black magic, demonic, reptilian, nasties....   On a side note EEm is bija mantra that represents Kamala, a bija of passion, and of Agni the divine fire....  It is also the bija of the buddhist Goddess Ushnisha Sitatapatra who emerges from the Buddhas third eye and is one of the 8 auspicious signs representing his halo, and who first is mentioned in the Shurangama sutra.  http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Parthenon/7534/parasol.html  http://threeroyalwarriors.tripod.com/sitatapatrahtml.html   Hope someone can find this useful...
