Yoda Posted November 5, 2005 Aside from Iam meditation and kechari, samyama practice has been a favorite of mine from the AYP book. It reminds me very much of the Silva mind control method which holds that affirmation practice is much more powerful when done in a state of silence. http://www.geocities.com/advancedyogapractices/150.html I highly recommend it. My affirmations definitely have more power this way. -Yoda
三江源 Posted October 15, 2008 I'm behind you Yoda. I just discovered this practice ,thanks to you, and I think/feel/find so far,at this early stage, that it is ideal for doing in the quiet end bit of a KL session. It's beautiful. and it's great to be amplifying the opening and purifying. I did it for the second time today and it had me panting some, and strong tingling in the lower back of the skull. Red light and indigo light and deep emptiness. yeh, okay, I'm describing scenery... ... I'm starting to pick up the AYP language now...
