Â I would personally just show her falun gong on youtube.Its free and very powerful.Dont get caught up in all the discussuion about the teacher.just do the exercises.The method is VERY good.The best I have tried,and I have done many types. There is also lots of Zhineng qi gong courses,which is known to be good.But you have to pay for it.And my personal experience is that it is not nearly as powerful and good for healing as falun gong.And falun gong doesent rely on breathing or visualization And there is of course poissible to give here spring forest qi gong course which you can download free on interenet Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
