Any recommendations for genuine teachers/school in or near NYC?

 

Or even a Tai Chi master familiar with neikung and chi gong principles as well.

 

Everyone seems to toss around "Wudang"... .

 

I am personally not very familiar with the lineage or the use of the word Wudang. Any info would be appreciated! .

I'm not sure if he has anything to do with Wu dang but you could check out Frank Allen, not sure what his website is but I know his school is called Wu Tang physical culture association. I've never trained with him but I've heard he

knows what he's talking about.
