Mal Posted September 26, 2009 While there are too many uncontroled variables to be 100% sure. I feel it helps with :- Flu symptoms Skin conditions eg tinea, a wart, cracked heels ! , sebaceous cysts (although I'm leaning more towards diet on that one.) General energy levels Refreshing sleep I usually toss it in a sock and just wear it to bed. My pattern seems to be every few days. Then I feel good and don't bother. A few days later I decide to put it on for sleeping again. I was very skeptical and I am actually surprised I am still using it.
