If anyone is interested in more information in a related subject, "The Lazyman's guide to relaxation" by Israel Regardie is another great similar resource. Practicing relaxation is very important. Regardie explains in the first chapter how staying tense is what keeps us from relaxing in more than one way. He refrences a study where they found that people who stay tensed up are actually doing so [in part] to prevent recurring, painful emotions. Without experiencing them for what they are, they stay bottled up inside us and get worse. Relaxation is key.
