work_in_progress Posted October 27, 2009 Hi everyone, I am relatively new to meditation compared to some of the users on this forum. I have been practing simple breathing exercises for the past two years. About a month ago, I stumbled upon Bruce Frantsiz's 'water method' from SFJANE on youtube. I've had tremendous results w/this process so far, more than doing just breathing exercises. I hope to share my experiences with all of you and learn from your experiences as well!
