effilang Posted November 15, 2009 (edited) Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this is already an established position, so i've put a picture together to demonstrate what i have in mind. Sometimes instead of sitting in lotus, i work on my back, but i feel i loose a lot of energy in my legs in a general supine position while trying to work on the MCO/ Small Universe. So, I tried this position today on my back and i feel like everything was x10 the normal intensity. I was hoping some of you would be willing to share 30 mins of their day to try this position and report on any perceived differences during meditation.
