I've never had kids and am already manifesting signs of dropping estrogen levels. But you may be right. So far it appears I am the only female at TB who has not awakened Kundalini. I also don't have orgasms. I'm sure the two are linked. i hope you will consider what i wrote about lower estrogen / menopause and how it is a form of kundalini awakening. feel free to PM me if you want more information. anyhow, it doesn't matter if you are 80, it is never too late to experience an orgasm for the first time, whether alone or with some handy help also, i did want to mention that i have not awakened my kundalini and have not specifically attempted to do so. i don't really want to do it for many years still, until i feel i have a solid enough foundation for this potent energy to sit on and eventually be unleashed. as it stands, although i practice yoga a lot, i work with the microcosmic orbit more than the chakras when it comes to inner work. i feel my chakras awaken often, because of different experiences, especially sexual experiences. i feel my heart bloom often, and it is amazing. but when i do actual focused practices i focus on the microcosmic orbit, not on the kundalini energy per say. in my humble opinion, there is a bit too much obsession on this forum with kundalini awakening and doing that alone as a practice. It would make tears stream down your face with the profound beauty of it. I believe witch gets this in her own way, anyhow. Perhaps I am a purist. Or just a taoist. idk precisely, but I do know that focusing on something external moving in via the eyes isnt quite the way of it for me. It's too Betty Crocker. yup, i feel the same way, like it would be a cheap replacement of the real deal. plus, the energy put into porn movies and the like is almost always very negative. i also want to add that the focus being on a man ejaculating is not the right thing, personally, for me to be focusing on. reminds me of the white tigress book i just finished. too left hand path for me, shortcuts, without the real deal. i know not everyone is able to have a great partner to do dual cultivation with, but i do, so i'll stick with that Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
