shaolin Posted December 23, 2009 Has anyone noticed an increase in penile sensitivity and more frequent spontaneous erections after a peroid of celibacy? How long should one abstain if they are in a very weakened state?
voidisyinyang Posted December 23, 2009 Since you PM'd me I'll just respond here. The goal for qigong is to create electromagnetic fields. If you touch your weener then you create fluids because that's what the weener does. So I recommend no physical contact unless you're taking a piss. Â As for sensitivity -- the brain is the most sensitive organ of your body. You have "charged" the word "sensitivity" with your subconscious goal to create sex fluids. Celibacy means MORE ORGASMS but they occur through the vagus nerve activating the brain -- which is the female climax. So focus on the sensitivity of your brain -- EXERCISE your brain! Â The jing is the blissful heat. If your mind is focused on the goal to create sex fluids then your brain's electromagnetic energy will DECONVERT to jing -- you'll feel blissful heat -- and then the jing will DECONVERT to sex fluid. Â So a perv will have his electromagnetic brain energy subconsciously STUCK in his lower sex chakra. This means his mind is weak and he constantly needs to recharge his sex energy -- and therefore he never develops healing energy. Healing ability means your subconscious electromagnetic energy is raised to the brain to open the third eye so that light can be transmitted out of the mind. Â The perv is the opposite of the healer. So focus on the GOAL of healing -- the creation of electromagnetic fields. If you don't focus on the solution then everything else is a waste of time! Â Most people say one thing but mean another -- this means that their electromagnetic subconscious energy is stuck in their lower chakra so they have an "ulterior" motive, erroneously thinking that others can not tell what they are "really" thinking! haha. Â So words do not do much on their own -- what's important is reading where someone's electromagnetic energy or essence is focused in their body. To do this you can only PRACTICE -- start with a little bit at a time. Â Sometimes it's more important what you do NOT do rather than what you do "do." Â That's a Shawn Cassidy reference: Â Do you believe in magic? Â Has anyone noticed an increase in penile sensitivity and more frequent spontaneous erections after a peroid of celibacy? shaolin Posted December 23, 2009 Thanks Drew. Â What is the best method for exercising the brain? The more I use it , the more loaded and heavy it feels!
voidisyinyang Posted December 23, 2009 Sit in full-lotus. The piezoelectric ultrasound exercises or ionizes the energy. To build up to full-lotus do the small universe or microcosmic orbit practice. You can get the Level 1 sitting meditation c.d. for only $10  http://www.springforestqigong.com/instructional_tools.htm  Or do rapidshare for free downloads.  Once you're electromagnetic energy is strong enough then move into full-lotus and sit in it as much as possible.  Thanks Drew.  What is the best method for exercising the brain? gendao Posted December 23, 2009 Thanks Drew. What is the best method for exercising the brain? The more I use it , the more loaded and heavy it feels! Exactly, which is the problem with most modern humans. They are energetically top-heavy. People get stuck in their heads, which makes it very heavy and creates lots of stress in their shoulders and neck. And since they are energetically an inverted pyramid, they have nothing left down below to fill their kidneys (with lifeforce) and support their lower backs. Hence, the "slouch" posture has become quite common today - not to mention the growing market for Viagra! I believe one of the goals of qigong is to restore a right side-up energetic pyramid to your body by sinking your qi down out of your head. This refills your lower centers with vitality as well as releases all the stress of carrying a huge weight on your shoulders.  I think it is ok to exercise the brain, but you should also be able to drain your brain when you don't need it. shaolin Posted December 23, 2009 Thanks Drew, I'll check the link you gave and start with the cd. I hope to minimise sexual thoughts too. Â Very true Vortex. We can take for granted that we have enough energy to fully fire on all cylinders all the time. To store energy in one point and send it to other parts when they need it and only for that reason makes more sense. To truly understand our own bodies and minds is very difficult. We can mess things up simply by not understanding how we gain, store and distribute energy in our bodies. The most simple of things can be the most complicated. Â Peace. sabretooth Posted December 23, 2009 I was taught by my tai chi instructor that sperm is rich in chi / prana /energy. If you want to build up energy in the body , or an energy center ,you will refrain from ejaculating. It is that simple. Â Â sabretooth.

voidisyinyang Posted December 25, 2009 Read "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" -- trans. by Charles Luk -- it's the same as Indian yoga. Males like to make excuses otherwise. Â Thanks Bindo, the Taoist point of view is a bit different. Although we are aware of the importance of sexual energy, and its conservation, we also recognize the incredible width of human variation. As such under the Taoist Umbrella you will find both people who are naturally celibate, people who go on orgies, and everything in between. Â Also I would advise you before starting to mix up techniques too easily that come from different traditions. Sometimes techniques have deeper reason to be. They don't just a necessary for one thing, but for multiple ones. So, for example, in yoga you have gurus. And you have a sort of adoration for the guru. This works well because when the energy of the kundalini rises, the love for the guru provides a safe escape route for an energy that can (if not) risk to damage the brain. In Taoism we don't have guru, we don't rise the energy in a one way fashion like they do in India. And tend instead to take a more smooth view. It might probably be less fast on the physical body, but it tend to make the nervous system more smooth. And you need a smooth nervous system to open the heart-mind. Â So, as you can see, things tend to be tied together. Â Pietro
That Guy Posted December 25, 2009 I'll admit I havent read the whole thing, but wanted to ask a question and see if anyone has an answer. Â Unfortunately for some men they lose their balls, for whatever reason. How does that effect their energy stuff? Â Do they end up with more energy since no sperm is made? Or do they end up with less because the extra energy needs to come from sperm?
voidisyinyang Posted December 25, 2009 (edited) http://wangshuchin.blogspot.com/  No eunuchs in Chinese history were ever known to be soldiers, palace guards, or martial artists.  Still you can get the jing energy externally -- as long as the vagus nerve is working. Females use testosterone as well -- released at climax. But it depends on the health of the female -- so older females have more testosterone but they still tend to have low jing energy since they need to counteract the breakdown of the body.  While ritual castration was practiced in some of the Goddess cults -- Attis followers in the West -- I tend to doubt they were healers. It was probably more like India were they serviced females considered to be Goddesses -- without the threat of sex.  Yeah it turns out that castration was mainly used to justify gay sex since the castrated male was no longer technically considered male and then could be used as the passive partner:  http://www.well.com/user/aquarius/section4.htm   I'll admit I havent read the whole thing, but wanted to ask a question and see if anyone has an answer.  Unfortunately for some men they lose their balls, for whatever reason. mjjbecker Posted December 25, 2009 http://wangshuchin.blogspot.com/  No eunuchs in Chinese history were ever known to be soldiers, palace guards, or martial artists.   Oh really? What about Zheng He?  Let me quote:  http://www.china.org.cn/english/features/zhenhe/131897.htm  Zheng He was captured by Ming Dynasty forces during their military cleansing of the remnants of the Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368) in Yunnan, around 1381. He was taken to Nanjing, where he was castrated and entered into imperial service.  And  During Zheng He's time in the palace, his brilliance and loyalty won him Zhu Di's trust. As a result, the prince chose Zheng He to serve as his personal bodyguard during his quest to become emperor. It was during this period that Zheng He's genius and leadership abilities became apparent. For four years, Zheng He fought on the side of Prince Zhu Di, accompanying him on countless campaigns and battles throughout China. Amassing one victory after another, Zheng He was instrumental in Zhu Di's seizure of imperial power.  So, personal bodyguard to the future Emperor of China, soldier and one would therefore take as a given, someone trained in martial arts.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zheng_He  ...a contemporary reported that Zheng He "walked like a tiger" and did not shrink from violence when he considered it necessary to impress foreign peoples with China's military might. He ruthlessly suppressed pirates who had long plagued Chinese and southeast Asian waters. He also waged a land war against the Kingdom of Kotte in Ceylon, and he made displays of military force when local officials threatened his fleet in Arabia and East Africa.  Yes, very passive.  As for the practice of castration being primarily about justifying gay sex, once again you choose a source to suit your own personal bias. Wikipedia's definition is a more plausible one:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eunuch  Etymology and origins The English word eunuch is from the Greek eune ("bed") and ekhein ("to keep"), effectively "bed keeper".  Servants or slaves were usually castrated in order to make them safer servants of a royal court where physical access to the ruler could wield great influence. Seemingly lowly domestic functions such as making the ruler's bed, bathing him, cutting his hair, carrying him in his litter or even relaying messages could in theory give a eunuch "the ruler's ear" and impart de facto power on the formally humble but trusted servant. Similar instances are reflected in the humble origins and etymology of many high offices (e.g., chancellor began as a servant guarding the entrance to an official's study). Eunuchs supposedly did not generally have loyalties to the military, the aristocracy, or to a family of their own (having neither offspring nor in-laws, at the very least), and were thus seen as more trustworthy and less interested in establishing a private 'dynasty'. Because their condition usually lowered their social status, they could also be easily replaced or killed without repercussion. In cultures that had both harems and eunuchs, eunuchs were sometimes used as harem servants (compare the female odalisque) or seraglio guards.  Given how much you go on about sex, Drew, all this talk of 'male perverts' seems to be very much you projecting your thoughts onto others. Perhaps you should concern yourself more with avoiding talking out of your ass instead of concerning yourself about those who take it up the ass.

Non Posted December 27, 2009 Im not exactly sure that the generative force can be kept "sublimated" for so long... as for me simply focusing and being aware of my lower chakras and genitals guides the energy downwards. Besides you do need the water element down there, ie you need fluidity down there. Many times, simply feeling water in my lower chakras, or liquidy eases digestion, makes my bladder and urinary functions work properly and keeps me calm perhaps among other things. Â I remember my friend telling me something funny: "The Tao that is celibate is not the Tao..." Â It's not the ONLY way. I think mainly excessive ejaculation is obviously unbeneficial. It can also make one feel tired because there is a chemical reaction involved that isn't simply explained with "energy leaving the body". yea celibacy can lead to reabsorption of the semen's nutrients, and perhaps these lower chakras can store nutritional energy that if one became sick or deficient, the essences can provide something. It can also serve a function to carry dense energy. Â I believe there is another way with dual cultivation. One doesn't need to be celibate. In fact I think dual cultivation would be far superior, if those involved just knew the right way to do it, and to have sex so that no energy is lost and both are revitalized. Â Also, the emotional reaction (ie sadness, low confidence, low energy, etc.) when one loses the semen in masturbation might also be biologically, due to the fact that it's semen and sexual energy being wasted and there's no energy being reciprocated by the environment or from a partner. Creation Posted December 28, 2009 Pietro, Â I finally got around to digging up some stuff I saw on this for you, in Hu Xuezhi's description of the process of alchemy in his lineage, which is a celibate/monastic tradition. Â http://damo-qigong.net/step5-1.htm That to keep the mind-will and inward gaze in motion round the circle of Du and Ren Channel, to launch the breathing---like to start the operation of a reciprocating bellows---to blow the acquired breathing to promote the transformation of fertilizing fluid (Jing) into Qi in the lower elixir field, and that when the growth of the pre-heaven Qi reaches the height initiate the small waterwheel to harvest it, is the detailed procedure of holding back the fertilizing fluid (Jing) from dejection. The following procedure is to change the fertilizing fluid (Jing) to Buddhist relics---the penis will shrink all the way back into your belly.... My master observed, 'The revolution of small waterwheel, like the furling and unfurling of a bellows, plays a magnificent part in replenishing the Qi which, accumulating in lower elixir field, will reach the height of its growth sooner or later. When there is no fertilizing fluid (Jing) emerging Hui Yin acupoint will automatically close up, and the penis will gradually shrink till it has the same size as like a baby. Generally speaking, a male baby never possesses sexual desire, of which everybody knows. This phenomenon can be used to solve the question why a man, who has obtain the sufficient Qi and converted all fertilizing fluid (Jing), will never have the sexual desire. As a matter of fact, he has achieved the success of transcending the region of covetousness ( also called the region of reality ) to ascend the region of phantom. http://damo-qigong.net/step14.htm Proceeding in this way you are sure to get sight of the spectacle of golden lightning flashing for a second time, and at same time you will, in all probabilities, perceive that the penis has already shrunk back into your belly and could not become hard any more. This is because all Qi of great unification has converged upon the Buddhist relic and been under control of it. The vision of golden lightning flashing for a second time also means that all Qi of great unification has come to be at a constant standstill in and around the Buddhist relic and all fertilizing fluid (Jing) has thoroughly been transformed into pre-heaven Qi. http://damo-qigong.net/step15-2.htm The sixth is being free from any fertilizing fluid (Jing), which signifies you have transformed all fertilizing fluid (Jing) into vita-vapour. In fact, you have already become possessed of the power of being free from fertilizing fluid (Jing) when your penis has shrunk all the way back into your belly and a piece of skin has grown to seal the hole. Some people may debate why this power has the qualifiation to rank equally with other powers. This is because, you know, without this power, nearly all others are in vain, which you can understand easily.
Non Posted December 28, 2009 wow, crazy. Â .... isn't kind of messed up that most of humanity (or rather MEN because the women are always messin with them ) has so little control over thir sexuality that people choose to become celibate to kill their sexual desire just to become sane? I mean.. I think it would be better, if you do this AFTER you had already mated and fulfilled a domestic and a more biologically normal 'human' life, but the simple fact is that , most (or ok, SOME) people cannot fulfill such a life because of conflict, that they have to literally destroy what God gave them because they were unable to make use of it, or transform it, to basically reach death in a quicker and more peaceful way (isn't that what nirvana really is? anyway?)
