enouch Posted December 20, 2009 Hi! Wang Shu Jinn advocated strongly to B.K. Franztis practicing the bagua single palm change and spitting from h-sing for the development of chi.''Practice for hours and skill[chi] will come naturally'' So, I'm curious if any bums have video[you-tube] footage of either of those two sequences? Wang was also deeply experienced with taoist sexual meditation.

Harold Posted December 22, 2009 Hi, Â before you can do the single palm change you should find someone who teaches you the method of walking the circle. The basic methods of bagua have very little formwork, but a deep internal content. Only doing the forms without the internals is like eating from a plate with no food on it. Therefore to learn the methods to develop your chi you must find a competent internal arts teacher.
Baguakid Posted December 23, 2009 oh, Splitting, not Spitting  I was wondering how spitting could help build qi.. lol  Anyway, I was also told, in our style. Single palm change is most important.
