Looking up at the peak of a mountain, there are ten thousand routes, forms names. They all reach the zenith at some point. Call it what you will. Wan Wai.. Ishta.. Some of us love to weave tapestry...i'm one of those 'kinds'. So...i sit and internally chant mantram...i sit and watch breath...i go to Qigong class and soon TaiQi class...i sometimes sit and sing with the bhaktas, etc. Far as i can see...it's all good and all folding in...witnessing, practicing Presence...and all the rest. -- .. -- cpfreeatlast.co.uk
