This is the reason I don't agreed with winter cold weather. my nose is stuff up and I can only breath only one end of it. One side is block and I'm not having it. voidisyinyang Posted January 15, 2010 put a spoonful of cayenne in some herbal tea. Cayenne is amazing stuff -- it counteracts the natural toxins in peanuts for example.
