I'm not especially good at any of this but am nevertheless finding it incredibly illuminating of Buddhist practices I am supposed to know how to do by now. Or you can find a thread that is already talking about a subject similar to your question and throw it in there. Go for it! If the mods don't like where it is one of them will move it. Hehehe.
