Biff Posted January 25, 2010 Is it better once you have opened the Kua? The hip joint can store an release a substantial amount of power. Opening the hips type stretching is also great to train for full lotus. Now here is a couple of nice little stretching vids that will help with the 'opening' but perhaps not the 100 days retention.
