Spectrum Posted February 13, 2010 Da Lui addresses this in his many books on taichi; demonstrating how tai chi circulates chi from the dan tien through the various pathways routes and directions of meridians; he shows the symbolic unfolding of wuji to taiji as a map for guiding practice. The fresh feeling from good tai chi practice eminates from all the orbits working together; not JUST the cnception and gvner; those are primary, the rest is up to you, (forms, arts, passions, love, destiny) everything emanates from and returns to dan tien.
