Have you seen this video yet?

 

It seems to be an interview in Japan. It looks like the master in question is not Japanese though, with the person on the right interpreting.

 

Can anyone understand what that master's tradition is?

 

How likely is it that the Japanese TV would have allowed such a possibly fatal demonstration?
