xyz Posted April 6, 2010 it took me to be exhausted from exercise and gasping for air to learn this. with all your breathing methods and visualizations, how many of you try to appreciate the air you breathe and feel how it sustains you and life. when i was gasping for air i tried this and i felt like my thirst could be quenched from the air alone as if that if i took enough of it in, it will be all that i ever needed. try to savor and appreciate the air you breathe next time Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
