GreytoWhite Posted April 20, 2010 I have been using Chen taiji silk reeling neigong and various qigong exercises to rehabilitate after a minor heart attack and some small strokes. In conjunction with dietary change I have lost 50 lbs and I am regaining vitality, strength, balance, muscle control, hand eye coordination, and memory.
