DalTheJigsaw123 Posted April 21, 2010 (edited) I'm reading a book called : Living Tao Effortless Path Self Discovery by Mantak Chia. He has a chapter on Money and how to Retire/Invest and such. Was wondering what other TaoBums thought about these topics. Also if anyone read this book, please let me know your thoughts. Thank you all! DalTheJigsaw123 Posted April 21, 2010 Thanks for sharing Leon, A book that assists us in tapping into the effortlessness of ourselves sounds great. There's no google book preview, so I can't learn any more information. Please feel free to type out any meaningful quotes or paragraphs. Thanks. More then welcome! I will do that when I get home. Birch Posted April 22, 2010 Can I reply even if I haven't read the book yet? Are we talking about the "cold hard cash" type of money? Or "wealth" or "value" or "exchange" or some such thing? IME if you only look at "bottom line cash numbers" then you may be misidentifying sources of income as well as sources of "loss" Could you tell us about the book without me having to buy it ? Thanking you kindly! Kate

Living-Tao-Effortless-Path-Self-Discovery by Mantak Chia It'ts funny I just picked up this book last Friday and thought about starting a thread on it. I haven't got to the money part of the book yet, but I have been pleasantly suprised with it. This is the first" Chia" book I've bought in years and so far i'm glad I did. Thanking you kindly! Kate I will try to write out a few quotes. Been a little busy with a few things. I will do it soon. And yea, hard cash is what we are speaking about. How does one get free from it all? So, one can just relax and be? It'ts funny I just picked up this book last Friday and thought about starting a thread on it.
