exorcist_1699 Posted October 27, 2010 (edited) Method that starts from the upper dantian , no matter what point it targets at , is more likely to generate problems /diseases, especially to those who get some ridiculous idea that the 3rd eye will pop up from any part of our head... It is more secure to start from the lower dantian. Â It seems before starting to polish their qi/ spiritual power , people should spend several years on studying morals ,otherwise, what they later can initialize is a power first disastrous to themselves , rather than giving them any benefit.
