That Guy Posted May 21, 2010 hank you for all that. Â But What can I expect from this new earth as an individual? Like if I were on a desert island with no other people around, what changes would I expect to experience by myself?

Birch Posted May 21, 2010 Thank you Dalan for all of that!  Time to start having fun  I think the main concern I have (if any) is the effect (if any) on societies that any of these ideas will have. Especially the ones proned as counter-power moves to existing belief structures. I guess it depends on who the people that are leading these ideas are. A mushroom-inspired hippy dude, a cutey-pie neuroscientist ( ) or a blockbusting author? Maybe they should all just team up Oh, and Drew  I saw a book in the store the other day called something like "For a Buddhist Revolution" and I thought wow, those guys are hiding their light under a bushel Well, except Vajra on here;-)

For the most part, a cleaning of the body so that you can access the wishing wheel (cintachakra).  You won't be trapped on the deserted island, with the clean body you would be able to fly. It is part of Five Elements. You'll be able to bottom up virtue with a cleaner body. Virtue will be a lower maintenance concept. Morality is the first and last training.  2. keep your attention to the base of the back of your head. It'll take a few weeks to a few months. Edited May 22, 2010 by lino

And when I'm ready I just think I wanna fly and off I'll go? How far are you by the way?

lino Posted May 22, 2010 but wait we re now level 5, which means before yesterday I was level 4 jinn?  Dont leave us in the dark, give us all you know about this  Most people have fulfilled the requirements to become Arhats (Jinn).  An untitled Buddha is a Fifth Stage person. It isn't the end of the path.
That Guy Posted May 22, 2010 Most people have fulfilled the requirements to become Arhats (Jinn). Â An untitled Buddha is a Fifth Stage person. It isn't the end of the path. So before this recent change most people were level 3 then. And they ve made it to level 4 now to become Jinns. Â What changes will we be able to see in how people live their life in the next 5 years? Will kids start flying to school instead of taking the bus for example? WIll the streets finally be safe so you can go out anytime of the day full of bling bling and not get mugged?
Birch Posted May 22, 2010 Or will gangstas finally realise the ridicule of bling ? What's with all the gold mining still? If most "money" is electronic anyway?? Â But then I'm an asshat. Â Lino, have we read the same book? It's a rather scholarly work about K (and makes a good case for not pushing such development prematurely.)It mentions the various "developmental" stages of humans on the Earth relative to realisation. So yes, it would seem that many people are already not THAT in the dark. It also blows open some K and Dharma translations relative to Christianity - see also this week's New Yorker magazine. Â But the flying?? Unless you're talking symbolically. In which case everyone can "fly" - just don't try stepping out of a window and flapping your wings When I was a kid and had just seen Mary Poppins I tried to lift off on a regular basis using an umbrella in high winds. Or we'd just jump off walls with one. It worked a bit.
