check out the discovery channel video..very interesting..would like to hear what the results were...anyone know? the website is pretty slow, where can i get more info on the qigong technique?

No catty... haven't been practicing them, just wanted to pass on the new information I found... & only today I read through the newsletter section at sacredjourneys.org... which puts the person teaching it into a weird light... don't know about the practice itself though...
