island Posted June 22, 2010 Hi It's a question about footwork? does anyone know a good instructional Video/DVD/Books/Online resources that concentrates on and covers solo drills for footwork? I'm currently training at home and would like to improve my footwork until i can get back in a club and i currently have no one to practice with.
