GrandTrinity Posted April 9, 2006 (edited) By the way, anyone check out his book "A Complete Guide to Chi-Gung" published by Shamanallah? I am very tempted to check it out. Reid stresses about the warm up routines for tai chi and qigong which get the blood and chi moving. He says that a lot of peoplejust want to jump into the form. GrandTrinity Posted April 9, 2006 By the way there is some 7 hours of audio on there, I will most likely post on the highlights...such as his talking about Oolong Tea.
thelerner Posted April 10, 2006 I like Daniel Reids stuff. He's a westerner who is really living the life. He writes well w/ authority. That air of authority sometimes turns people off. Â I think I'm going to do his fasting routine from the book "Tao of Sex, Longevity..". I used to do it every spring, but haven't since I got hitched.
