Movie title: "Attack of the Soap Bubbles" Police report: "Element of crime: assault with a soap bubble." I can forsee violent protesters attacking police officers with pink wads of cotton wool and being gassed and clubbed because those wads could be poinsoned or contain explosives or very sharp stones.
