Looking for a good straight to the point meditation book, something nice and short that focuses on posture, technique and philosophy..

Breath Sweeps Mind is the book that introduced me to meditation, and a good introduction it was. You can buy it on amazon for very a couple of bucks.

I have posted this link many times,but here it is again.If you really want to learn deep emptiness meditation this is the only book you need.this book is also used by many meditation schools.best of all it is free.

By the way I am speaking of experience when i reccomand this meditation.
