宁 Posted August 27, 2010 I used to drink this stuff all the time in my pre-alchemy days, and just started up again. 30 minutes before zhan zhuang session and "Oh, yeah...!" Vinegar is a mild acid, or Fiery/Yang if we use the daoist paradigm. Although mild, it shouldn't be used for extended periods of time. You should make an experiment: drop a chicken bone inside a glass full of vinegar, and keep it there for a week or so. Then take the bone out - it will bend like rubber. Vinegar takes Calcium and Minerals out of the body. Although, in small dosage, and reccomanded by a TCM specialist, sometimes it helps in certain conditions. Gaelicrock Posted August 27, 2010 I've been using it for a while now. It certainly does improve one's energy and aids with my digestive system. It aids with the cleansing of the liver and the detoxification of the body. Anything that helps your body will more than likely help your chi.
