Really looking forward to that, because the closest seminars to me are in norway, and they are 240 pounds, which I think is quite bloody expensive. Â I don't think you can get a really powerful system working from just a book or DVD. Some sort of transmission / projection needs to be done to get things moving. Â People who have done Kunlun and had quick progress went to seminars. Â One option for learning from a DVD is Flying Phoenix qigong. Â However it really depends on the person. The book was actually made for people who could never get personal instruction.  The less "teachers", the better.
