genmaicha Posted October 2, 2010 (edited) Iron Crotch has been mentioned here before as I can remember. Mostly it was about Tu Jin-Sheng and his 99 schools first only in Taiwan and in the best years also in the US to where the master seems to have moved. Â And then there was this site: http://qigongpenis.com/ It looks like the typical internet scam site with half truths but I haven't seen the product. Â Some people talked about the practice which involves attaching weights to one's penis and then swinging them and irrepairable damage to practitioners. Â Recently I came across the Little Nine Heaven's (LNH) group. LNH is apparently an old Daoist art that was passed on to Chiao Chang Hung who moved with Chiang Kai Shek to Taiwan. He seems to have had a very good standing in the Taiwanese martial arts community. His main students seem to be Carl Kao (Kao San Lun; www.xisuigong.com ), who is originally from Taiwan, but now lives in the US, and James McNeil ( http://littlenineheaven.com/ ). Both studied with the respected Tang ShouTao (system including Hsing I, Pa Kua and Tai Chi) founder Hsu Hong-Chi before studying with Chiao Chang Hung. Furthermore credibility is given by the fact that Scott Sonon, one of the prominent kettle bell teachers, is a student of the system. James McNeill's site is quite flashy and includes iron crotch which can be found here: http://littlenineheaven.com/shih_shui.html A picture that is also on Tu Jin-Sheng's site of a guy hanging weight from his crotch can be found here as well as of Mr Mc Neill letting a woman swing on a rope that's tied to his crotch while he's standing on a roof. There used to be the links to 1) www.sexforhealth.net (not accessible now for some reason but can be found via archive.org) and 2) a site especially for a book written by Mr McNeil called "Ancient Lovemaking Secrets" (info here: http://www.littlenineheaven.com/lovemaking_dp.html ) with excerpts on his initiation time in Taiwan into the Daoist love arts. The first site (sexforhealth.net) reminded me of the Matt Furrey internet sales sites and the excerpts of the book on the second site were a bit unbelievable. Also there seems to be controversy about the lineage of the art of Splashing Hands that Mr McNeil says he has learned from a Master Lefiti. Â Anyways, my questions are if anyone has any experience with any of these teachers like Mr Kao or Mr McNeil and what they think of both the LNH and the Iron Crotch system. As weird as parts of Mr McNeils sites' content is the lineage seems to be authentic. Â Also has anyone been to one of the 99 schools in either Taiwan or the US by Mr Tu Jin-Sheng? genmaicha Posted October 2, 2010 (edited) This is the site to the book written by James McNeil with some excerpts which I couldn't find yesterday: http://onemansdestiny.com/ This book will be an auto biography and it seems that is hasn't been published yet. Â This one: http://www.littlenineheaven.com/lovemaking_dp.html is a different one by the same author on Daoist love making. I had somehow mixed them up before. genmaicha Posted October 2, 2010 Found the video of the roof top swinging: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBOCVUAB8Og  This one seems to have survived. Another was taken because of nakedness, I guess.
flyinghigh Posted June 2, 2012 Has anyone got any experience in Iron Crotch Qigong?  According to this post Mantak Chia took his teachings from the little nine heaven school: http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?/topic/6671-james-mcneil/page__p__76908entry76908  I couldn't find any info whether the school of Sifu McNeill and of Master Tu are related but they look similar and they both come from Taiwan. Master Tu has his school now in California. His son, Jack, was selected by Jackie Chan as a personal student.  Here he introduces his system:  Master Tu appears to be quite an accomplished painter, too: check around minute 7 and staning on eggs  Here he demonstrates some hard qigong:  His brother runs a school in Taiwan: http://www.99.org.tw  So there seems to be something to this practice, as weird and dangerous as it looks. Master Tu has been teaching this for many years and lots of students have reported improvements in health and elsewhere. Sifu McNeill's students don't seem to have had problems either. Jamyang Dorje Posted June 3, 2012 McNeil is the guy you want to learn Xi Sui from. Having practiced a few methods and spoken to many practitioners from different lines, i'm gonna go out on a limb and say that L9H Xi Sui as he teaches it is the most complete and safest instruction you're ever going to find offered publicly. Not to mention, he will give you instruction/support for life, which is very important as you get up higher in weight. Â The rest of the L9H stuff is pretty amazing too. Highly recommend this lineage and McNeil as a teacher.
z00se Posted June 3, 2012 I don't know what you mean about this iron crotch system as a whole, but as for hanging weights off your penis i think it's called chi weight lifting. It definately works if you want more chi, or want to strengthen your organs directly by lifting weight. But you might get too much chi, more sexual energy chi than you bargined for if you do it daily especially and it can take 24 hours to cool down. The effect can even be felt slightly 48 hours later. Â You can not only get hurt from the obvious way of having too much weight hanging down, but also from too much energy than you know what to do with. If you dont' know how to get the energy out of your head you can feel like you're starting to go crazy, apart from other body pains. Make sure you know your qigong and know your body well before you do any chi weight lifting. I mean it doesn't hurt to give it a go with very light weights but you'll probably stop after a few times if it's too much chi because you will be very uncomfortable. But that will give you incentive to practice your qigong if you know what sort of energy is available to you. Good luck, and at least make sure you know how to do the healing sounds well before you try it, if you decide to.

寒月 Hanyue Posted June 4, 2012 Furthermore credibility is given by the fact that Scott Sonon, one of the prominent kettle bell teachers, is a student of the system.  What makes you say that?  Is it because his friend and student Brandon Jones was a student of Mcneil's and practiced neijia under him? I know Sonnon has said Brandon was/is his neijia coach (as well as his boxing coach etc), yet Brandon has explicitly stated that the internal arts only really made sense to him after being exposed to RMAX and then viewing them through that lense (having read and viewed the RMAX interpretation of both neijia and qigong I am wholly unimpressed).  I'd hardly consider that as Sonnon being a "a student of the system", or an advocate of genital weight swinging! But I'd love to hear more if you know that he actually is hahaha TACIRONPENIS could be a best seller  Best,
