Vajrahridaya Posted November 23, 2010 let me put it to you this way what siddhis or iddhis or vibhuti are accesible without having to have contact with god or focuse on god? All the worldly siddhis or iddhis are available through Buddhism as they are in Hindu Tantra. But, Buddhist tantra would argue that the siddhi of liberation is reserved for those that realize dependent origination/emptiness. Buddhism does not require the belief in a first cause, and in fact does not agree with that assumption at all.
