Are the siddhis or hinduism and iddhis of buddhism interchangeable like can a buddhist devolpe siddhis and can an hinduist develope iddhis?

All the worldly siddhis or iddhis are available through Buddhism as they are in Hindu Tantra. But, Buddhist tantra would argue that the siddhi of liberation is reserved for those that realize dependent origination/emptiness. Buddhism does not require the belief in a first cause, and in fact does not agree with that assumption at all.
