I "found" some of these folks after I had a very profound experience and transmission from the Tao itself. If you live in one of these places especially, get out to one of their free shaktipat sessions. It is an intro into the Kundalini. They have come up with a safe supportive approach. There is a group just starting in Vancouver, BC as well... And I would highly recommend that if anyone is close... Dr. Morris, I believe, studied the HT stuff at some time in his life.
