Welcome, welcome Now what you write that qigong has helped you in your illness sounds very good and interesting. Maybe you would like to share some more about it? affenbrot
laotse Posted June 7, 2006 hi i'm interested in meditation and natural health since 7 years now. and to find my way i tried many things. the occasion of the searching was a ringing into my ears. because i never really was a fan from school medicine and they don't found a way to help me, i wanted to help myself and i started with various meditation courses. but after one of this meditations where we used shaking after a very deep relaxion i got chronical headaches. i tried many ways to found out a solution but i only found out one way which helped, the microcosmic orbit. i don't complete the orbit, because of some side-effects like feeling "high" or flying and unearted i stopped the practise and went more slowly. but i know if i complete this meditation i don't have this problem anymore. i only have to find a more balanced way with more movements or so i think. regards laotse
