Â nope,do it when you want.It is an exercise for health and increasing the energy flow.I can not see why anybody would say wait 24 hours.but then again i have heard YMAA is just a good bookwriter.It is for example good to run mco after ejaculation,helps with the energy loss.(that is ONLY if your mco is open) if not,dont do it. zhan zhuang is good.
