joeblast Posted June 26, 2011 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celiac_plexus I'm gonna quote myself for emphasis. The anatomy of the celiac plexus backs all of these things up - the middle jiao all comes from here; both blood and innervation! Renal blood trunks (kidneys, adrenals,) liver, duodenum, spleen, stomach...compare how active this area is to the lower jiao which is quite empty by comparison. Just wanted to quote this again. Seems most get confused with this from reading and believing what someone wrote all about "chakras"; which was most probably taken from someone else's work, which was probably taken from someone else's work, which got repeated... Funny I never see anyone talk about energy centers / "chakra" differences / dimensionality of chakras, etc.
Non Posted June 26, 2011 (edited) You could also try some tummo. I know that gets things cookin' for me! tummo? Where do you find the practice? I know it's tibetan, though I thought it was supposed to be secret. Edited June 26, 2011 by Non
johndoe2012 Posted June 26, 2011 Working with beliefs: http://www.amazon.com/Core-Transformation-Reaching-Wellspring-Within/dp/0911226338/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1309113351&sr=1-1 or http://www.spiritual-technology.com/wp_spirit_eng/?p=71 actually you are working with parts, aspects, subpersonalities that are found when confronting a feeling e.g. "feeling so and so in situation with strangers".
