Smile Posted June 29, 2006 I use it once in a while at work- it's in my company's fridge. A health food store should have it but if they don't, a flax seed oil is just as good. I use both.

mYTHmAKER Posted June 30, 2006 Oils really arent that natural when seperated from their source. They are also very concentrated. So freshly ground flax seed is better than the oil. Also the oils when seperated from their source do not retain all thier food value. Olives instead of olive oil etc
