just a note- the applications are from teaching segments- not from application demos

 

 

 

 

 

 

I plan on adding more stuff soon- more shaolin lessons, more taiji styles, xing yi, splashing hands, nei kung (related to the internal martial styles of taiji, bagua, xingyi)
