learning to control bioelectricity?

Wondering if anyone has any techniques for this? like mabye a multimeter?

anyone know how one reads a multimeter? cause i can get som readings from it on the dc setting side, on 200m i got a reading of 23.5 something no idea what it meens just thought i would share this.
