Marblehead Posted May 16, 2011 A curious factoid I was reminded just now is that I often get a rush of bliss when I clip my nails or get my hair cut, like some kind of anesthesia gets into the circulation. Funny but interesting subject. I guess mine is when I take a 'lay down in the tub' bath. I become one with water and I undergo the cleansing process.
Informer Posted May 16, 2011 (edited) Above all else, do not believe what you are told. That is not knowing, only believing. I would prefer to remain ignorant than accept a false truth. Edited May 16, 2011 by Informer
三江源 Posted May 16, 2011 A curious factoid I was reminded just now is that I often get a rush of bliss when I clip my nails or get my hair cut, like some kind of anesthesia gets into the circulation. ha, yes. I like the "some kind of anesthesia" description. Just enough anaesthesia, a kind of sweet super-refined buzz makes the roof of my mouth ecstatic, and my brain sink beautifully downward into itself with nothing to occupy it, when our cat sits very close to me purring. the word 'factoid' makes me smile.
