I wrote them (webform+direct, 3 people in total) and am not sure what happened, because it was two weeks ago and there's still no answer. I really need to contact them urgently. zerostao Posted June 6, 2011 at certain times they can be slow to respond. persistence pays off. try the [email protected] and you can contact at dragongatesanctuary.net . sometimes even if you are trying to send them money it seems they are ignoring you:lol: i know the feeling as well. Â It'd (obviously) be better if business correspondence were more prompt, but also - if you look at his bio - he has a lot going on including: doctor, new father, local students, etc. I would guess that e-mails about dvd's aren't always top priority. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
